The Construction Employers Association of Central New York is the only union construction industry employer association in central New York representing union contractors while negotiating collective bargaining agreements with the Laborers, Plumbers & Steamfitters, Cement Masons, Teamsters, Carpenters, Tile Setters, Engineers and Bricklayers.
